Are you looking for Easter themed games that will test your students' knowledge of music theory?
Do you want to use the same game with different level student?
Check out this pack of 7 Easter Music Games!

1) 3 Egg-cellent Eggs
The aim of the game is to be the first player to get Three Eggcellent Eggs in a row! The student is instructed to place their hand in a certain place on the piano. The teacher then calls out a letter and the student says which finger number is on that note. They then find that number on the board and cover it up with one of their egg tokens.

2) Egg Poacher
The aim of the game is to be the first person to collect 5 Easter Eggs, while trying to avoid having your eggs poached by the chick! Any question cards from the pack will work for this game, meaning you can use this with students of various abilities - just change up the cards you use!

3) Eggsplorer
This game is an Easter version of Snakes and Ladders, with players moving down the Easter eggs that have been dropped, and moving up the Easter Egg balloons. Any set of question cards can be used with this game (and two versions are included - one with letters on the spaces to be used with note reading cards, and one that's blank that can be used with any cards)

4) Hard To Beat
Players in this game identify time signatures and work out how many beats the bars on the baskets are missing. They then take it in turns to pick up a note/rest value card, state how many beats it's worth, and add one of their egg tokens to a basket that needs that many beats. If there's already another player's egg in the basket, simply remove it and replace it with one of your own!

5) The Mighty Y-Oak Tree
This game is an Easter version of Bingo, with players taking it in turns to identify notes (piano notes, treble clef, bass clef) and seeing if they can add eggs to their tree.

6) Tones and Semitones Eggspert
Players pick up an egg and identify whether the notes on it are a semitone or tone apart. They then place the egg in the correct basket.
There are several ways you can play this game - they're all explained in the instructions for the game.

7) You Crack Me Up!
The aim of the game is to be the first player to reach the End Egg, trying to avoid all the cracked eggs along the way! Any set of question cards from the pack can be used for this game, which means you can use it with students of various levels.

8) 150+ Music Question Cards
This pack of question cards features a variety of musical topics, meaning they can be used with students of a variety of levels and abilities. This enables you to use the same game with different students - all you have to do is swap out the cards!
The musical topics are:
Finger Numbers, Piano Notes, Note and Rest Values, Music Maths, Treble Clef Note Recognition, Bass Clef Note Recognition, Interval Identification, Tones and Semitones, Major Chords, Key Signatures, Symbols
The question cards can also be used as flashcards or for simple memory games.

Each game is designed to include the six components of effective education games:
- Educational Aspect
- Objective or goal
- Rules or instructions
- Conflict or competition
- Outcome
- Fun

These components mean that students and teachers LOVE these games, as the students feel like they're playing actual board games and taking part in immersive and engaging activities, while the teachers are able to test and reinforce musical knowledge in a fun and enjoyable way.
