First Voyage (Late Intermediate Piano Solo)

This piece utilizes a broken 5th/6th pattern for the LH, reminisicent of the rocking of a boat on the waves. The harmonization makes creative use of the circle of fifths, which provides a bit of a challenge in reading, but is very satisfying to play. While the majority of the piece is in the key of C Major, the last two pages modulate to B Major.
