First Performances Piano Duets are attainable performance pieces for pre-reading and early reading piano students.  Note names in the note heads, five finger positioning, and a shorter song length help your student reach success in the early stages of learning, inspiring them to keep on learning. This music includes a keyboard diagram for the secondo duet part, a very early beginner solo (or play with the duet) and an elementary solo.  My students take this music home and teach their non-piano-playing parents how to play the duet part, using the "duet by pattern" page.  It's a great joy and connection for them!  I hope your piano families have the same experience.
