The Journey

This is a Christmas Ensemble for recorders with piano accompaniment. It consists of 6 pages of music, but it will challenge early intermediate recorder players to play well with each other and with the pianist. Early intermediate recorder players will need to have skill in knowing when to rest and when to start playing as well as grasping the rhythmic pattern of this delightful music. It was written as music for the journey of Mary and Joseph on their way to Bethlehem.  However, it can be used as incidental music as well.
